USES:

Instant Batter

Tempura Vegetables

  • Select a variety of vegetables such as:
    Beans • Capsicums Onion Rings (red & green) • Carrots • Broccoli • Cauliflower • Mushrooms • Sweet Potato • Pumpkin
  • 1 X 150g packet Mary Mack’s Instant Batter
  • 360mls water
  • Flour
  • Oil (solidified or vegetable)
  1. Prepare vegetables by washing and slicing into strips and shapes, coat with flour.
  2. Prepare batter by adding the water and stirring.
  3. Immerse vegetables into the prepared batter and deep fry.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Serve with a bowl of soy sauce.

A great accompaniment to a grilled steak or fish.
