USES:

Instant Batter

Koating Mix

Seasoned Bread Crumb Mix

Ideal for Seafood, Chicken Pieces and Meat

  1. Mix together equal amounts of Koating Mix and Breadcrumbs and set aside.
  2. Make up a very light, runny batter using Mary Mack’s Instant Batter.
  3. Flour your product (e.g. fish fillets, chicken pieces or steak)
  4. Immerse your floured product into the very light batter
  5. Take product out of batter and coat with the Koating Mix and Breadcrumb mixture from Instruction 1
  6. Shallow or deep-fry any seafood or chicken pieces. Shallow fry the crumbed steak
  7. Seafood and chicken pieces can also be baked in the oven with a little oil on a tray
